TeflonDaron's Thoughts on Being the Underdog

TeflonDaron just completed his video and photo shoot for PTL72 on Thursday. During this session, he shared his thoughts on being declared the underdog for his upcoming fight with Donnie Brown. This is what he had to say: "Donnie is not on the same level as me! He will be like the 28 before him. The same outcome!"

Although casinos are confident that TeflonDaron will lose his "undefeated" status, the Flyweight Champion remains hopeful that he will in fact remain undefeated with 29 wins and 29 knockouts. However, even if TeflonDaron does manage to pull off his 29th victory, it will be no easy task because of the fact that he is moving up a weight class and fighting one of the best fighters in that division.

TeflonDaron remaining undefeated is not certain. What is certain, is that his performance will be unforgettable and historic. Tune into PTL72 on Saturday, March 12 to see the outcome of TeflonDaron.

Limited PTL72 Private Showcasing Seats

Due to the high number of pre-order sales for PTL72, the PTL72 Private Showcasing will only be offered to 15 fans as opposed to 45. The PTL made this change to decrease the risk of the fight night content being leaked to the public before PTL72 is officially launched on Saturday, March 12 on PPV.

The PTL management has truly outdone themselves with their marketing and promotion game plan. By sending TeflonDaron on a massive media tour daily for the past two weeks and having him interact with the fans and media, many people became supporters for his upcoming fight as he seeks to remain undefeated.

The TeflonDaron and Donnie Brown feud is also responsible for the PTL72 pre-order sales. The storyline of the fighters in addition to the Twitter confrontation have captivated PTL fans from around the world.

Most importantly, the PTL is confident that its trailer will skyrocket sales and interest for the upcoming event once it hits the internet next week.

As of now, the PTL has sold pre-order sales in many states throughout the country as well as Canada and the United Kingdom.

Board of Directors doubt TeflonDaron

Since TeflonDaron began his professional career, the PTL saw nothing but greatness for the Flyweight Champion at the -130 pound division. As they expected, with no surprise, TeflonDaron defeated the best fighters in the Flyweight division, including Anthony Garcia (22-2, with 18 KOs), Gabriel Mercado (28-1, with 21 KOs), and Daniel Castillo (23-1, with 20 KOs). It is because of TeflonDaron's outstanding performance that the PTL never doubted that he could be defeated in the Flyweight division.

Last night at the PTL Board of Directors Conference, Riley Jones said to the press, "TeflonDaron's the Floyd Mayweather of the Flyweight division. However, because he's moving up to Featherweight to face Donnie Brown, I have very little faith that our poster boy will bring home his 29th consecutive victory."

Riley continued, "I love Tef's confidence, but he must understand that the competition at the Featherweight division in the PTL is completely different from the Flyweight division. It's more physical and TeflonDaron is just too small to play their game. In the PTL, size really does matter! And that's what TeflonDaron lack's in this contest."

The PTL Board of Directors unanimously voted that TeflonDaron will lose his upcoming fight at PTL72. Amanda Sky stated, "We want to see great fights and excellent match ups! We're just as pumped as the fans are. In the office, we make bets, talk stats, and have debates on upcoming and potential fights. We're no different from any other hardcore PTL fan."

Oscar Goodwill went on the record saying, "The TeflonDaron-Donnie Brown match up is just completely lop sided. He's too small for the Featherweight division. TeflonDaron naturally weighs 125 and he'll be fighting against a man who will enter the contest at 165 pounds with a four inch height advantage? Either TeflonDaron knows something that we don't know or he's just plain stupid. But regardless, it's something that I don't want to miss. Whether TeflonDaron wins or loses, it will make headlines."

TeflonDaron- Brown feud peaks gambling bets

TeflonDaron, Donnie Brown, and Demarcus Brown excited many fans as they interacted with each other over Twitter at 10PM last night. The feud began after top Flyweight contender, Demarcus Brown, explained how TeflonDaron should not be the focus of the company if he is not putting his belt on the line at PTL72. The PTL responded saying that the TeflonDaron vs. Donnie Brown match is a non-title Featherweight fight, not a Flyweight championship fight; therefore, TeflonDaron is not obligated to place his belt on the line. However, the PTL stated that if TeflonDaron should defeat Donnie and have a Featherweight title fight against Darrell Smith, then he would have to put his Flyweight title on the line.

Throughout the feud, Demarcus made several valid points proving how TeflonDaron will lose to Donnie Brown at PTL72, including the fact that TeflonDaron has never faced an opponent with great mental strength like Donnie. With the help of Donnie's physical dominance, TeflonDaron will be in for a war as he makes his debut into the Featherweight division.

Many casinos followed the conversation last night and the betting numbers have broken records, with casinos listing Donnie as the favorite of the fight with an average of $19,000 for a third round victory over the Flyweight Champion. The fact of the matter is that this is the most anticipated fight in PTL history that will determine if TeflonDaron is one of the greatest Taekwondo fighters or if Donnie Brown will put an end to the TeflonDaron hype train.

Risk and Reward. Inside PTL72

Over the years, both the fans and the media have participated in the endless debate on who the best Taekwondo fighter is, pound for pound. From 2003-2008, Riley Moorehouse was voted the best Taekwondo fighter, pound for pound. During 2009-2014, we had Steven Guting as the best Taekwondo fighter pound for pound. From 2015-2016, polls indicated that TeflonDaron is considered the best Taekwondo fighter, pound for pound, due to his impressive record of 28 wins, no losses, and 28 knockouts. As of today, he has the longest winning streak in the sport (28) as well as the most knockout victories (28).

However, with that being said, it may come as a shock that the Indiana casinos have listed him as the underdog in his upcoming fight with Donnie Brown. Although Donnie has a record of 15-1, he has the necessary tools needed to be the first fighter to defeat the PTL Flyweight Champion: mental and physical strength, size, height, reach, and confidence.

In the past, TeflonDaron has been able to get inside of his opponent's heads' and defeat them before the match even started. On March 12, he will find it very difficult to achieve this against Donnie Brown. With that being said, this match will truly boil down to Taekwondo skills. The fighter with the best skills will be victorious.

Many people are wondering why TeflonDaron would consider facing Donnie is there is such a great risk of him losing. The answer is simple. TeflonDaron believes in "the greater the risk, the greater the reward." If he loses, then he will no longer be undefeated. On the other had, should he be victorious at PTL72, he will be one step closer to becoming the first Taekwondo fighter to simultaneously hold two titles, in addition to further proving that he is the greatest Taekwondo fighter. That is a gamble that the PTL Flyweight Champion is willing to take.

The TeflonDaron Hype Train

The PTL Flyweight Champion, TeflonDaron, has reached a level of stardom that has blinded many and caused them to completely ignore his very limited skill set because of his loud personality. It's because of this that I believe Donnie Brown will be the first fighter to ever defeat TeflonDaron. Looking at the undefeated fighter objectively, ask yourself, if you take away the hype, how good is he? I'll answer that. He is nothing more than a basic fighter with an extremely intimidating personality and confidence. This has led TeflonDaron to be able to easily defeat his previous opponents, but Donnie Brown is not like them. His mental sharpness is equivalent, if not greater, than his physical sharpness. It's because of this reality that the TeflonDaron hype train will crash head first into the Donnie Brown brick wall.
